We are looking for an Software Engineer to join our corporate IT team in Glendale, CA.

The Software Engineer engages directly with IT leadership, development teams, technical delivery teams, enterprise architects, resource managers, operations support teams and vendors to ensure the successful design, development and delivery of technology based solutions including a specialization in consumer-facing web solutions, and front-end development.

This individual will be a key asset in the software change and release management processes, assisting with the overall maturity of the software development lifecycle. This requires driving on-time, high quality software development deliverables to multiple environments including operations engagement and production release, while working with cross-functional teams. In addition, she/he will assist in the definition and maturation of processes to optimize efficiency and quality.


+ Completes tasks that are varied and require independent judgment

+ Develops/designs solutions based on established technical design with little guidance from others

+ Provides support and maintenance for complicated/integrated incidents

+ Troubleshoots moderately complex problems and recommends appropriate action

+ Evaluates risk potential and recommends solutions

+ Involved in projects as a contributor and can lead small projects


+ 3+ years of experience leading the software development life cycle and operations production support lifecycle.

+ Proven ability to build repeatable standardized procedures

+ Able to work independently or in a small group

+ Proven ability to deliver software tasks on time

+ Understands technical solutions and business impact of the solution

+ Delivers a high quality of work

+ Familiarity with, and demonstrated understanding of, the general enterprise business and technical architectures

+ B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience and technical certifications


+ Knowledge of SOA based architecture including the development of web services

+ Experience working in an Agile environment preferred

+ Experience with Transact SQL

+ Experience with .Net, MVC, C# and jQuery
